CORPORATE WELLNESS AWAY DAYS
A Wellness Away Day offers a refreshing break from work-related stress.
Carried out in small group of up to eight, it promotes relaxation, and mental clarity by immersing participants in nature.
Engaging in physical activities encourages collaboration and communication, helping to strengthen bonds between colleagues.
The experience fosters a sense of renewal, boosting morale and overall well-being, which can lead to increased productivity and a healthier work environment.
JOIN US ON OUR MONTHLY HIKES
Each year we run around 18 hikes, with 1 or 2 each month. We complete a Peak District hike every month and then we alternate between a hike elsewhere around the country.
